GiG concludes a deal to power up Casino Time’s expansion in growing Ontario market

Following a Head of Terms agreement announced on 30 November 2022, Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), a leading technology solutions provider to the iGaming industry, has concluded the supply deal with online casino operator Casino Time. The deal includes the provision of GIG’s award-winning Platform, Sportsbook, and the state-of-the-art OMNI channel solution to the Ontario-based operator.

Supply deal series:

The latest deal is likely to launch these products and solutions live in the second half of the year to continue GiG‘s series of operations powered upon the approval of its supplier license by the regulator AGCO in July last year. Indeed, Casino Time is the fifth operator to enter a supply agreement with the industry’s leading provider since July 2022.

Fundraising model introduction:

The content provision deal will thus mark further GiG’s expansion in the Canadian province, and facilitate top quality of the reputable operator’s offerings, as well as an enhanced player experience. Casino Time is a Canadian joint venture bringing together leading retail operators in Ontario’s Charitable Gaming sector and proudly providing fundraising to over 2000 charities for more than 50 years. The deal also marks the company’s first introduction of the joint fundraising model into the iGaming sector.

Escorting online expansions:

Casino Time‘s iGaming strategy and mission will be attainable now that its platform will be powered by GiG‘s cutting-edge solutions. GiG thrives to use the best technology available to cover all key functions in the iGaming sector, ranging from player account management to trading and risk management. Its reputation and experience as a provider of market-leading technology are the best recommendations for land-based casinos for the escort of their online expansions.

Projected market value:

For this reason, GiG currently covers multiple Ontario locations to stay aligned with its mission focused to drive sustainable growth and profitability through product innovation and quality of service. The company sees Ontario as an attractive jurisdiction for iGaming stakeholders as the market is expected to reach €2 billion in gross gaming revenue by the end of 2025.

Marcel Elfersy, Chief Commercial Officer of GiG, said: “A growing presence in Ontario continues to reflect well on the strength of our products and technology in the region. Combined with our commitment to expansion in complex regulated markets globally, we’re demonstrating that we are well positioned to power the needs and aspirations of land-based operators looking to enter the online space.”

D’Arcy Stuart, founder, and CEO of Casino Time said: “We are proud to extend our partnership with Ontario’s charities in iGaming. Casino Time will deliver the personalized service and community experience that our retail customers in Ontario have come to expect while expanding the product offering into exciting new territory, including Bingo, Slots, Sportsbook, and Live Dealer Casino Games.”

Screamride Review

As fun as it is, there’s something rather…disturbing…about Screamride. A game about racing rollercoaster cars down rails at tremendous speeds and smashing them into concrete skyscrapers isn’t to be taken seriously, of course, and I’m not terribly concerned about the riders, who seem beyond thrilled for the chance to sacrifice their well-being for the chance to fling themselves into solid objects. My worry lies with the pedestrians walking around out there. There are promenades to stroll on among the office buildings and laboratories. What right-minded individual would think to hang out there–or to work there?

Well. This isn’t the kind of thing you’re supposed to be thinking when you play Screamride, which sets itself apart from the developer’s own Rollercoa…

Tokyo Jungle Review

It has always been a dog-eat-dog world out there. But when humanity disappears and animals are left to fend for themselves, the streets of Tokyo become a far more savage place, where former house pets must learn to hunt and kill much larger, more deadly animals to survive. The concept may sound grim, but Tokyo Jungle brings enough humor to its vision of the post-human streets of Shibuya to make the whole scenario pleasantly silly. That humor only goes so far, though; repetitive gameplay and frustrating difficulty issues make Tokyo Jungle an underwhelming glimpse at the future of the animal kingdom.

Palworld – Best Starter Pal To Pick

Picking the best starter in Palworld is a more complicated, but perhaps rewarding, process than it is in other creature-collectors. It’s a game that combines elements of Pokemon, Breath of the Wild, and even survival-crafting games like Minecraft. It’s trying to do a lot all at once, meaning even players familiar with one of those games might be thrown off by the way Palworld subverts expectations using other genres. Here we’ll explain what you can expect when going to pick your starter Pal in Palworld, which, by the way, finally came to PS5 in September of 2024.
